Missing extensions from windows installer of PHP 5.2.8

Hi,

I am a developer and maintainer of IBM_DB2, PDO_IBM and PDO_INFORMIX
extensions. The other day I was trying to install PHP 5.2.8 using one click 
http://www.php.net/get/php-5.2.8-win32-installer.msi/from/a/mirror installer
. I found that all these 3 extensions are missing from this msi.

IBM_DB2:

These extensions used to be there in version 5.2.6:

Any specific reasons why these extensions are missing from 5.2.8 installer.
