Config.php file is missing!

Hello,

I installed php in my linux box. The objective is to run websvn. I am getting error that config.php is required.
I can't find the config.php?! I searched from root directory.. but frutiless :(. 

Can some one help me?

Error is as follows,
Warning:  require_once(config.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /usr/local/apache2/cgi-bin/websvn/include/setup.php on line 260
