Can't load ssh2 through apache php module

Hey all,

So, I'm trying to get the ssh2 module installed, but I'm running into an
odd problem.  The module works fine with the command line php binary, I
can see it in 'php -i' output and everything.  But when I start apache,
I end up with this in the PHP error log:

[10-Apr-2008 18:57:17] PHP Warning:  PHP Startup: Unable to load dynamic
library '/usr/local/lib/php/extensions/ssh2.so' -
/usr/local/lib/php/extensions/ssh2.so: cannot open shared object file:
Permission denied in Unknown on line 0

The frustrating thing is that ssh2.so has the same ownership and
permission bits as every other module, and is in the same folder as
them.  Otherwise I'd assume it was a simple permissions issue.

Anyone have any ideas?
