If you want all the install steps, how it was extracted,
configured, compiled and installed you could only check if you read
.bash_history from the user that did it. (AFAIK)
phpinfo gives the configure command.
I want specifically to ascertain the command that was used to compile it so I can make subtle adjustments and re-run the command to recompile php.
