1 Error in my_thread_global_end(): 3 threads didn't exit

I just installed PHP 522 over existing 521 and am left wondering at this
error message.

1)I have commented out all extensions except php_mysql.dll in the php.ini.

2)The path environment is okay and 'Home Directory' on IIS has php-cgi.exe
now as the extension unlike 521 using php-cgi.dll.

Below is my current software/hardware environment...

"windows2000sp4 IIS" & "PHP 522ISAPI CGI" with "MySQL 5027server 5111client".

The error message appears on any php script run and appears at bottom of
the page from "echo phpinfo();" output is fine otherwise on the test.php.

This one leaves my wondering, where to go looking for it's answer.  Does
anyone recognize this error...
