Emil,

Not done it on Windows, but there is a complete set of instructions in the manual. Here are some common problems. People do not:

• Restart the web server after making changes to php.ini
• Move php.ini_dist to the dir specified in the instructions and rename it to php.ini.
• Amend the web server configuration file to recognize *.php - and then restart the web server.
• On Windows move the necessary .dll's into the directory where PHP is installed, or into the path.
