php make error while configuring with gd

Hello friends,
                   I am using ubuntu 6.06 LTS and using php-4.4.4. My
configuration and make, make install is file without gd library but when
i configured with gd (ie ./configure --with-gd=../gdlib) its works fine
and when i used make command after that it throws error as below
