Blank Screen with PHP5.2 ISAPI with IIS 6.0 Windows 2003 64bit

Hi Guys...  
I am having a problem getting PHP 5.2  ISAPI.dell to run on my windows 2003 64bit, IIS6,
all i get is  a blank screen...  

the php5isapi.dll is set to allowed under the web service extension panel.
ISAPI Extentions are set to cached and verbs are set to ALL

Security on the home Directory tab are set to Scripts and Executables


Im not sure what other info you would like..  

I have been working on this for hours...  I am hoping someone can help me :)
BTW>. the site was working while i was running the CGI version.
