Okay, so it seems that the "c:\winnt" search path is compiled into
php5isapi.dll. What you have to do is create a new system environment
variable called "PHPRC" and give it the php installation directory as
value, e.g. in my case "C:\php". And then you have to reboot. Really. This
is Windows, you know.
