sendmail problem

hi list,

I'm using php mail() to send a email to the customers.

I'm using :

php5.*
apache2.*
mysql5.*
Win XP professional


in the mail section of php.ini i have done like this:

smtp = smtp.druknet.bt //my isp smtp
smtp-port = 25

sendmail-from = chezang@xxxxxxxxxx

my problem here is I can send mail to chezang@xxxxxxxxxx 
and    other accounts like *@druknet.bt but I can't send 
email to accounts like chezang_norbu@xxxxxxxxxxx or to 
account like chezang@xxxxxxxxx

so please can any one suggest me what other configuration 
is necessary in php.ini to make sendmail or php mail() 
work to send email to other accounts mentioned above.
