Re: PF gallery full house on June 23, 2024

Two questions Randy:
1 is it possible to reduce monitor UV output,  say <400nm?  without messing up the blues/purples in the visible spectrum?
2. Is it really beneficial to do so... I mean. intuitively I wouldn't expect it to be... daylight/sunlight has a ton of UV between 10AM and 3PM. I would think that staring at a screen, a fixed distance away, for long periods will probably be more detrimental than UV.... But I know next to nothing about the human eye.

The blanket the popcorn was shot on was deep  blue.  It appears as gray on the phone it was used to take the picture. When I get back home I see if I can find my Macbeth(sp) color chart to check the colors the phone can capture..
