I got two images from before 1972. One I shot on Franklin St, Chapel Hill in the late '60 on slide film with a screw mount camera maybe it was a Miamiya Secor?? , a cheap imitation of Pentax. The second picture which hangs on my wall is a B&W
image I shot on my fathers twin lens Kalioscope (sp?) camera. My father had gotten a twin lens Rolleiflex camera.
I did print some of my fathers 2.25" images from the 50's. If I can find them I could scan them or photograph them with a camera.

Any photograph made before 1972 will be OK - if you were not yet born then rely on a family or friend's photograph. To digitize just copy with your camera or even phone!! Point is to see some 1/2 century + old images.

Is this for the weekly show or a different auxiliary website? At first I didn't think I had any from that date digitized but I do have some fish pictures I took in the 70's

The next installation is designed to show some of your favorite vintage photograph(s). For an image to qualify it should have been made before 1972 or 50+ years ago.

Above is week's fotofeature:
A couple of things --- the school changed to Microsoft mail and I was not aware of it - result has been that my mail was unreadable by me for a week or more. Maybe this accounts for the lack of contributions to the gallery ... maybe not. My address is as it was before but now I read on the Microsoft platform.
