Sad news indeed.
But at least an end to all his suffering
Condolences to all. We'll miss him here.

He was a good, knowledgeable and helpful member of this group. This news makes me sad.LeaI was made aware today of the passing of a long time member and most knowledgeable contributor on photographic and other matters.
Karl ShahJenner, of Perth, Australia passed. He self-described himself thusly: Photoweasel: Karl Shah-Jenner, provocateur - Perth born former musician, AF, aquaculturist, motor wrecker, landscaper, nursery manager, photographer, lecturer, technician, mouse breeder, surfer and currently a student of life.
He was truly a gift to the world whether photographic or otherwise. A grumpy but sage old man.
We were privileged to have him our friend.
I would suggest you have a lot more to learn about Karl by visiting the following website where many of this instructional and philosophical material can be found.
he left his site on Facebook here: <karl shah-jenner-2019.jpg> caption: will you play with me :) at https://www.facebook.com/karl.jenner.39
