Even with facial recognition there is no way to find each person if this is a group photo of them all. How would the program know one face to another? One would have to attach a link of marquee (like rectangular selection) to each name- that is six hundred links.  Program would have to be run in script. I don't think even Photoshop could do this. Now in the very, very old days I wrote program that could do this in Basic A but you have to use some updated program.  You would have to find some one who knows how to code for Windows or Mac. Sounds like too much work.
