I got one too for this list. It says that emails is bouncing. I know this is a function of the AOL internal software as the OCAG list serve receives bounced messages too but I get all the OCAG emails. AOL just generates bounced signals as it processes the packet of email.

I'm still regularly getting notices from the RIT
mail server - " rèmoval cònfimation notice " on a
regular basis .. is someone trying to unsubscribe me or is this happening to
others as well?
