This is frequently discussed on another list that i subscribe to, try Paint Shop Pro X8, free 30 days, easy to learn and does most of Adobe, less costly also, additionally 'oldish'? if it runs win 7 win 10 will probably be an improvement in performance, again free to try, Bob.
