Re: cone refillable ink sets for Epson

I’m not sure I would use Cone inks, as there are others which don’t come with as much blather.
Lyson makes a good kit, and their inks are great. Or consider getting InkOwl kits from Amazon where the ink is $100 and the refill kit is about $225 and goes and goes.
This may be hard to believe but it is possible that Lyson makes the inks for all of them. Rebranding does not just happen at rodeos.
I have to say that I have not printed with an Epson rebranded ink on any printer for along time. Epson makes little other than money, and rebrands inks from everybody.

I’m doing a huge amount of printing and am considering going from the Epson 3880 inks to Cone refillables.

Does anyone have experience with this process? The video on the Cone site makes it look super simple but I’m concerned about banding issues caused by air pockets in the cartridges.

I’d be happy to hear your experience with refillables.

Thanks so much,
