Tina,
I like this photo. I would prefer a very small amount of space behind the gentle man on the left, yet it doesn't detract from the photo, because, for me, the photo is not about perfection. You caught the colors of the late afternoon and clothes, and the determination in the faces of the participants. These features bring out the "what-for" of the photo, a diversity of participants, that are homogeneous in their purpose and mission. Well done.
