BTW 1. I?ve had to remove the very first page because it interfered with how the PDF showed up in two-page view but that page is almost just like a second cover.

I apologize beforehand in case I have messed up somewhere along the line working on this project. I did ?copy and paste? for the text and hope that I did not miss something.
I guess this time there is no helpful imaginary assistant(s) to blame and if anything is not to your satisfaction I am the only one to hold accountable.
