There's a circular organ pipe like structure upper right of center. It's reminiscent of similar structures I saw in Southern Arizona, but I don't think it's Arizona. It might give some one a clue. Is there a geologist on the list?

I am thinking eastern Washington State, which turns to desert, is sparsely populated and is under the 30000 air corridor from Seattle to Chicago and eventually to Rochester.
A guess would be Idaho/Utah because you the dessert red but still a good amount of green mountains. those also look like old Surveying and transit roads for mining. total guess.
