Noise is what you hear when a plane passes over your head, sound is what the pilot of that aircraft is hearing. For simplicity let us assume that the aircraft is a Tiger Moth.

If a tree falls in the forest and everybody is on vacation so they can’t hear it, does it make a noise? It seems most or all of us are on vacation. I think I will upload a picture right into the list. Will it notice?
