I have Windows 7 with XP mode. When you go into XP mode you can only access 
the amount of RAM that XP can which is 4 Gigs. Windows 7 can access up to 192 
Gigs but I have only 12 Gigs. You can only run one OS at a time with the Windows 
7 (Pro) version I have.
