Starting to do some photography again

Hi all,

Have not been on the list for 6+ years, nor doing photography for that long.

I'm using Photoshop Elements 10. |Could someone please refresh my memory on the best or various methods of converting digital images to black & white, also how to convert the images to sepia tone.
