In the UK we even have examples of parents being refused permission to make
a video of their own children performing in a school play or concert.
The sad thing is that the impression one forms from reading about
prosecutions for paedophilia in the press is that the children are in greater
danger from the staff associated with the school, and from members of their own
family rather than (im)perfect strangers.
