You absolutely do. Especially with kids. Many people don't want photos 
of their kids on the internet and DEFINITELY don't want them in a site 
which shows where they are at school or where a stranger can come up to 
them and say "I'm from such and such an organization, we teach so an so 
at your school... come with me"
