I use it some.
It can actually improve bad focus a little. Not a huge amount, but
enough to make the difference sometimes (especially if applied locally
via a mask, or reverting and then painting in with the history brush).
It does a good job at correcting motion blur, too.
It almost never does as much as I wish it could; but that's the
limitations of the underlying physics really.
