Alberto is correct. I did a Bing search for her and one of the references lists both names, Bib (or Barbara) and Jan, at the same P.O. Box in Maryland.

Perhaps you're refering to Bib Scheide? I don't know if they are wife and husband, but I do remember that once in a while they made references to each other's photography.
