Re: Question about Adobe Lightroom

A related question:  What plug-ins, additions do those of you using Lightroom employ?  Any?  None?
And, on a similar note, I have not used PS CS5 but I use PSE 9 and find the Smart Healing Tool to be fantastic.  Any comparison to the Content Aware feature in Photoshop?  I also use Alien Skin Image Doctor's Smart Fill with an earlier version of PSE.  They each have their place and seem to work slightly differently.
So many choices!

Short Answer: Buy it.

Long answer: If you're a heavy Elements user, buy Lightroom (good price) and learn it.  Depending on your skill level with Elements, there may be a few times when you may want to go back and forth between the two, so make sure you learn how to do that without going through hoops.  There's supposed to be an easy way between Lightroom and PhotoShop but I don't know it yet (I'm still a newbie.)

. . . a PhotoShop Elements user I can buy Lightroom 3 from Adobe for $99.00.  The offer is good until 16 May 2011.

I'm looking for comments on Lightroom.

Thanks, Bob
