Shyrell,
Open "My Computer" (double click ono it).
Click on the "Tools" Menu, and click on "Folder Options."
Click on the tab "File Types."
Scroll down the list in the upper box to the items JPE, JPEG, & JPG (you'll also need to find JFIF).
Select one by clicking once on it, to highlight it.
In the lower box, you will see that it displays the program that is by default selected to open that file type.
Click on the button "Change."
That brings up a box with a list of recommended applications for opening that file type. If your desired application is in that list, select it by clicking once to highlight it. Then click "OK."
Do the same for the other occurances of the various JPEG extensions.
Alternatively, your desired application may have the ability, in its Preferences utility, to reset all of the file types that it can work with back to working with itself.
