Re: PPP

Years ago Robert Ruark wrote a book called Something of Value. This is the antithesis in my view. I have looked at the site, not extensively I admit, and think it is a shameless exploitation using buzz words that we all should react to. A hypocritical attempt to cash in on sentimental terms. And, if you are going to pirate Leonard Cohen's lyrics, at least give him credit, alright, Brad? And, the use of the word "stunning" in relation to images is so badly overused and inaccurate as to be laughable. Just my opinion.

In a cranky mood, I guess.

everybody knows that the dice are loaded
everybody rolls with their fingers crossed
everybody knows that the war is over
everybody knows the good guys lost
everybody knows the fight was fixed
the poor stay poor, the rich get rich
that's how it goes
everybody knows
everybody knows that the boat is leaking
everybody knows that the captain lied
everybody has this broken feeling
like their father or their dog just died

injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere
we are caught in an inescapable network of mutuality
tied in a single garment of destiny
whatever affects one directly, affects all indirectly
