I'd do it using Edit Image In> PSCS3, make changes in PS, close,
save and have the edits show up in Lightroom.
If you're opening the saved image in Lightroom, and not the original
capture, I can't imagine why the changes wouldn't appear in either
program.
Are you certain you're opening the saved version in LR?
