It's interesting, and a bit surprising, how much of the course material your tests contain I've picked up over the years -- and still remember. And nearly always it's clear instantly whether or not I know the answer. Um, what is the special property of the screens used for rear projection? Oh, wait; is this THAT -simple a question? Is it that they're translucent? I was looking initially for some more abstruse property that's important that I didn't know about. Which is it? I'm amused that you solve the division-by-3 problem by giving a point for writing your name legibly. None of which counts as helpful comments or feedback, so quite possibly you're not interested in hearing any of this. :-) Despite being a big supporter of education as a general concept, I find that all my professional work has been in areas I didn't learn in courses -- primarily computer software and photography (I was a math major in college). -- David Dyer-Bennet, dd-b@xxxxxxxx; http://dd-b.net/ Snapshots: http://dd-b.net/dd-b/SnapshotAlbum/data/ Photos: http://dd-b.net/photography/gallery/ Dragaera: http://dragaera.info
