Well this is the way to do it....and be a bit sneaky and make her face A LITTLE BIT paler....

 

This scheme does not require any delicate interventions on the photo, but If you want ot really make a good work i woudl syggest another method of selecting ahair (the first hits of the google search suggested all use the brush selection tool...)

Another girlfriend?   You GOTTA be kidding!    As I've said earlier, my plan is to mess around with the image on Photoshop and show her how phoney it looks, and that'll be the end of it.   Unless she agrees to get a wig, and I'll reshoot.
