Hi all,
I hope the beginning of Summer is going well for
everyone.
Lea Murphy: I love the concept and excecution
except for the cropping of the bowl edge. Like snow it is hard to make egss
really look white, you have done that well here.
John Palcewski: I like this as an informal
portrait. I am curious if this was made with a low pixel count camera or with
alot of compression. There is something about the image that leads me to think
of one of those.
Greg Fraser: A very well composed image of an event
in progress. Cartier-Bresson would have been proud.
Kostas Papakotas: It was very nice of two of the
three men on the bench to sit perfectly still for the two exposures. Did you
tell them what you were doing? I'm pleased to see someone still does effects in
camera.
Michael Hughes: A fun image nicely made. Did she
get a summons for illegal parking?
Alan Zinn: What I find interesting is that the
child in the upper part of the ad is looking at the car from almost exactly this
spot. And you almost kept yourself out of the reflection too.
Donald Feinberg: The trick with this kind of image,
of course, is to keep the still parts sharp and blur only the water. Since the
image is almost all water you did a great job with the effect.
Emily L. Ferguson: I'll bet there are not too many
other photographers who photographed the cuploa from this angle. A nicely
made photograph. The deep black really makes it work.
