The A590IS has a viewfinder and somehow I can't get used to not using it.

The Canon A590IS comes to mind immediately.

I doubt it has a viewfinder.  But why would one want one?  Seeing 100% of
the image on the LCD is much better than viewfinders, especially separate
optical viewfinders, ever manage.
