Well, I'm not Karl, but here goes:
There is Nvu v1.0, at

and then KompoZer v0.7.10, the 'unofficial' continuing version, built
upon Nvu, at
http://kompozer.net/
I'm still using Nvu, though I should probably try KompoZer, just
because development is still continuing.
Both of these are free software, and do an admirable job.
