I've just read the blurb from Nikon on their new D5000 SLR
<http://www.europe-nikon.com/home/en_GB/homepage/broad/site.html>. What
does this take over from, the D90??
But it sounds right up my street, especially with the new face detection
and tilting view finder!

around $30,000 though
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHH !!!!
Just this weekend a relative was trying to find a FLIR (not the brand)
camera for his job as an energy consultant. He was disappointed that the
ones he found were in the 4k prince range!
At our request, a store in Philadelphia is trying to find something for
less than 500 usd. One can hope!
