Andy,
When you say format do you
mean file type (jpg, tiff, psd) or do you mean not the correct size or
both? If file type do you get layered photos
too? Is your template in a word or document type program or in
something like Dreamweaver? There are also blog spots and Smugmug that
provide the tools for uploading stuff efficiently.
