Thanks Marilyn!
I worked like a devil and put much Hrs and $$ into it to make it a high flyer!
And so it will fly high!
It is a quantum leap from my last show in 2006.
I'll debrief all when it's over..
One print already gone (4x8 feet single print - pinhole paper negative - silver emulsion on double-weight fiber paper...)
Best,
Guy

Congratulations, Guy!  I wish I could be there to see your show, but I'll be there in spirit.  I wish you every success with it.

Subject: Gallery showing in Montreal - Reception on November 26

Greetings friends,

After long weeks of almost uninterrupted work preparing for a solo show at a local Montreal gallery , I am pleased to  invite you to the opening reception of this show titled:
"Metropolis - La ville dans l'oeil du sténopé"
"Metropolis - The city through the eye of the pinhole"
at the KôZen Gallery in Montreal, Wednesday November 26 17H to 20H.

The show consists of a small collection of my work in extremely large format pinhole photography of the Montreal urban landscape.  It in the footsteps of the work of Ilan Wolff and Vera Lutter two photographers that have truly mastered this form of artistic _expression_ and reflects the influence of Abelardo Morell who chooses to capture the both the real and the virtual world in pinhole imaging.

The exhibition begins November 25 and continues until December 6, 2008.  The KôZen Gallery is located at 532 Duluth Street East in the Plateau sector of the city.  It is also known as AR Encadrements Ltée. For details please see the followijng reference:

If any of you is in Montreal during that period, I would love to see you.  Perhaps we could have a bite to eat next door to the gallery at "Le pied de cochon", one of Montreal's trendiest restaurant.

Best regards and a Happy Thanksgiving to all ahead of time,

Guy Glorieux
Montreal, Qc

PS. I have a small Catalogue "en français" in PDF format concerning this show and I hope to see an english version in the not too distant future... If any of you have an interest, please let me know off line and I will send you the PDF.
