Think of the GigaPan site like flickr: each contributor has his/her own "album" and each individual image in that album is also searchable/commentable by others browsing the GigaPan site.
In the case of the Paul Brown Stadium, that particular image is my first GigaPan, which is a 300 megapixel composite of 78 separate images. The GigaPan technology allows a visitor to zoom in and explore the image in high resolution. For example, you can click the thumbnails and it will do the zooming in for you.
