yes I did something I don't often do and took the plunge


now bear in mind I'm running an 'old' operating system..

which hopefully I shall have to rights some time tomorrow

though I have heard favourable reviews from those with XP that all runs
well . if you use Internet Explorer as your browser of choice (something
else I avoid).  My post was more about the big 3D push and where we're
heading

and by 3D I don't mean the 3D *we* do, more the video card 3D rendering
stuff - which is the antithesis of 2D photo imaging, all code based fog
effects, surfaces and stuff.. but it is something that will take off pretty
quickly and those wanting to hop aboard might do well to consider this new
vehicle and how they can best utilize it
