Thank you, Jeff!! I was about to mention the same thing. An idea
cannot be copyrighted but an actual photograph is. Copying it is a
violation of copyright laws, not to mention an ethical no-no. If you
are copying a photograph to learn a particular technique, that is one
thing and would be covered under fair use, but to copy a photograph
for profit is definitely not allowed.
