Don what they mean by live focus is that you can see the actual picture at time of exposure like if you were previewing it on a TV screen like they do with video camera at football game etc.. I am content to with the fraction of a second when the mirror flips up and the image hidden. I would not pay more this feature but dust removal from the sensor is a worthwhile feature.
