Hmm. This is size 12. This is size 10. This is size 9. All are Helvetica. I just use 12 and forget about it. But, many messages seem to come in at size 9. It's not a problem. I just click on the enlarge type button a couple of times until I can read it easily.
Roger I just have my type set at the basic setting which is Arial at 10 point. All email from AOL is by default in HTML including mine. I could set it at 12 points if it means better reading for viewer. Type does seem to be smaller with larger screen resolution. In a message dated 11/29/2007 1:19:24 A.M. A lot of the email I get has a type size so small that I can't read it, including this one from Roy (A friend suggested that this was Bill Gates way of punishing Mac users!). Fortunately, Mail on my Mac lets me change the type size so I can blow it up. I thought the rules were that submissions to the site were to be plain text only.
Just a comment. I don't want to inflame or start a new html vs. plain text debate!
