They do. They tell you exactly what size to prepare the image and,
once you've uploaded it they give you a little graphic with the bleed
and chop sized superimposed on your image.
Just because you upload the image doesn't mean you have to give them
your credit card number. You can change your mind about the entire
thing any time until you pay. Push on! Fear not! A little
exploration often makes all things come clear!
