Okay, the grumpy old man speaks thusly:  It appears that there is an 
imminent danger of moving the PF gallery from its public space to a 
private, elite space, free from critiques and filled, perhaps, with much 
mutual admiration on this forum for images that many of us will never 
see.  I'm sorry if I sound cranky about this but if you all have so many 
good images that you will take the trouble to print cards, address, add 
postage and mail, why aren't more of you posting images to the forum 
gallery?  Andy and staff make that very easy to do.  Those of you who do 
post regularly are free to take offense at my comments and tell me I'm 
in the wrong.  I have been in the wrong before but I almost always feel 
it is because I see something that needs thought and discussion.  
Actually, you are all free to tell me that I'm in the wrong.  But be kind.
