probably not a machine print up to about 10x8
But a well-made hand printed 16X20 (Enlarger-made) from a good negative.... yes (I think so)
The grain structure might be a give away too.

It's like when you look at a photo in your computer.  The image is put
on your display through the magic of electronics.  When printing on
photosensitive paper there might even be mirrors involved......
