Hi Gang...................
Does anyone know if there is any middle ground in ink.
It seems as if one can buy a true Epson Color Cartridge
for my 1280 for around $28.00 or one can buy an cheap
after market for around $5-7.00.
Yep we all know that the Epson Cartridge is
going to work well and have as good an
archival value as you can get from dye inks.
Know one knows what is going to happen with the cheapo ink.
It here some company that is making an
Epson equivalent maybe in the $12.00
range that has some sort of track record?

Greg - I'm using INKRITE cartridges, which seem to me to be excellent
value for money. I get sparkling prints, great colours but as even with
Epson dye inks, they do fade if not stored or exhibited properly.
They've been around in the UK for some time - web site is
