DavidWhitehouse Custom Color only prints on RA-4 color RC paper or wide format inkjet output.

Yes, it's a service available from for example whcc.com (Whitehouse Custom Color). Their sample set included some B&W papers. I first signed up with them a about 2 years ago, I believe, and it was true then. It may go back considerably further.
