Hi Bob...
I just set a reminder for January 29, 2006, the first day of the
Chinese new year, so I won't be politically incorrect and forget the
Chinese. Of course, I'll also marked Rosh Hashanah for 1 Tishrei, 5767
or September 23, 2006 in the Gregorian calendar...
Can't really think of anyone else off-hand... I'm afraid they'll just
have to live with my ignorance. :)
So, to anyone who celebrates a New Year tonight.... have a good one.

Can you say that?
Not all cultures celebrate new year at the same time :o)
Anyway, tonight might be a special New Year ... possibly the last leap
second ever will be added at the midnight time-signal
"The new leap second will be inserted at the end of the final minute
of 2005, giving the familiar "six pip" BBC radio time signal an extra
pip before the long pip marking the hour. "

So the 2006 does not start until Big Ben strikes 13 instead of the
normal 12?
Happy Whatever (is that PC?)
Bob
